(Franz) Joseph Hayden. Lived (1732 – 1809) from Austria. He wrote symphonies with chorale additions. One of his most famous pieces was Sanctus. He was a friend to Mozart and taught Beethoven.
His work became original when he wanted it to be, but early in his career, he was the musician in residence for a wealthy family.
