The creator said what he said. We have a few headcanons ourselves where we speculate that Thrawn was Force Sensitive and grew out of it. But aye, we are wrong, oh well…

We are fine with it. It’s not like it’s a big deal. It’s pretty much always been that way for a long time. Just the Prequels fans are all into Force Powers and to some extent, so is Disney.

But the one thing most longtime fans know is Force users are psychologically unstable — dark side, light side, whatever. Be without powers. That’s not hard to RP — especially when you are a Far Outsider fan, too.
