Well… They make my hair go gray everyday. (Searching for artist to give credit)

I’m still of the opinion that Thrawn would have a lot of problems with how the First Order chooses to run things that would be incompatible with his command style, but…. Older Thrawn in a First Order uniform is also sort of aesthetic goals.  :O
