There are the “Far Outsiders” and they are a problem. As a
headcanon, there maybe something going on with the Chiss overall and it
could be the reason why Thrawn is in Imperial Space. Don’t forget there
is a Sith – Chiss agreement from thousands of years ago (SWTOR times),
and the Chiss are tapping that resource. Thrawn chose the “short straw”.
What does it mean? Thrawn is a pure military Chiss man. Get rid of any
threats.
